Another Guest..

Another year, another royal celebration, another beautifully blended loose leaf tea by the fab butterworth & son. As you can see it sounds delightful, and I can tell you it smells and tastes even better!!! So if you are coming to Tollesbury anytime soon and fancy a right royal brew, stop by and say hello.

Guest Tea ..

As mentioned in previous posts the fabulous butterworth & son blend their own unique flavours of loose leaf tea. At the moment at 'The Loft' our current guest tea is a special blend for the chilly season - aptly named 'Winter Tea'.  It's a black china tea with orange peel, cloves, corflowers, hibiscus blossom, sunflowers and almond oil.  It smells and tastes divine.

Happy New Year...

to all our lovely customers and readers.  Thank you for your support and enthusiasm so far.  You have truly kept us going. We are looking forward to a New Year with New Cakes and lots of other New Ideas.  We have had a lovely Christmas break with our families and it has given us a great opportunity to think and tweeek a few things with 'The Loft'.  So keep watching this space!!

This is a picture of a very high tide!!  This is quite a common occurence, so if you do visit us, please be sure to check the tide times on the blackboards inside and outside 'The Loft' to ensure your car will be safe while you are enjoying your tasty treats!!  We re-open on Tuesday 10th January.  Look out on twitter for details of next weeks cakes and specials!!
